Synopsis:

A short documentary about chronic illness, connection and the often mysterious nature of healing. Made in collaboration with the director's aunt, this eco-developed film explores how their chronic illnesses brought them together despite the regular isolation both experience from being unwell.

Sara Wylie is a disabled filmmaker, producer and researcher from the unceded traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations (aka Vancouver, Canada). They have directed and produced award-winning documentary and experimental films, and their work has screened at the Vancouver International Film Festival, DOXA Documentary Film Festival, RIDM Documentary Festival, Workers Unite Film Festival, Restfest Film Festival and more.
